If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product you received simply return it to us and we will gladly refund your purchase in full (excluding handling and shipping cost) or make another copy at no extra cost. Just send us an email or contact us within 1 week of receiving the canvas and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.Privacy
We appreciate the apprehension many people have around DNA samples, which is why we make sure your privacy is always a top priority. We have rigorous monitoring and handling procedures to prevent accidental mislabeling or loss, and your sample is barcoded and only identified by a tracking number (not your name). Only the GeneMine employee assigned to your order will have access to your sample and fingerprint.Your privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us so your sample, electronic version of your DNA fingerprint and your email address will NEVER be passed or disclosed to a third party.
The sample that we receive from you is held securely for two months after we deliver your canvas (in case you are not completely satisfied) then destroyed, and the electronic image is erased six months after delivery (in case you wish to order further products).
